Printer Can’t See Messages
Our print partner receives the QR code and mug specs. They never see message content, recipient details, or sender identity.
Purchaser Controls
Choose your display name as sender. Messages are locked after shipping — they can’t be changed or retracted, protecting the recipient.
Data Retention
Messages and media stored for the life of the gift. Scan analytics aggregated after 12 months. Recipients can request data export or account deletion anytime.
Content Safety
