Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Head to the sign up page and create an account with your email address and a password. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account, and then you're ready to go.

How do I order Peppd cards?

All Peppd cards are produced exclusively through Print Co, our trusted production partner based in Nottingham. They handle printing and Pep Code placement on premium-quality card stock.

How long does setup take?

Under 2 minutes. Once you've created your account, you can immediately customise your Pep Page with your name, contact details, social links, and branding. Your Pep Code is generated automatically.

Managing Your Cards

How do I customise my Pep Page?

Log in to your dashboard, click on a card, and use the edit page to update your profile. You can change your name, job title, bio, contact details, social links, and more.

Can I add social media links?

Yes. Simply paste the URLs to your social media profiles and we'll automatically detect the platform and display the correct icon. We support LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, GitHub, and many more.

How do I download QR codes?

From your dashboard, open the card you want the QR code for, then click "Download QR Code". You can download it as a PNG image, ready for use on printed materials, presentations, or email signatures.

Can I change my Pep Page after printing?

Absolutely. Your Pep Code always points to the same URL, so you can update your Pep Page as often as you like without reprinting your cards. Changed jobs? New phone number? Just update your profile and it's live instantly.

Leads & Analytics

How do I see who scanned my card?

Check the Stats page in your dashboard. You'll see a breakdown of total scans, unique visitors, scan times, device types, and approximate locations. This data helps you understand how and where your cards are being used.

Where do leads go?

When someone fills out the contact form on your Pep Page, their details appear on the Leads page in your dashboard. You'll see their name, email, phone number (if provided), and any message they included, along with the date and time of submission.

Do I get notified of new leads?

Email notifications for new lead submissions are coming soon. For now, you can check your Leads page in the dashboard to see all submissions. We'll announce this feature as soon as it's available.

Account & Billing

How do I change my organisation settings?

Go to your dashboard and navigate to Settings. From there, you can update your organisation name, branding, and other preferences. If you need to change the email address associated with your account, contact us at hello@peppd.co.uk.

Is there a free tier?

Yes. The free tier includes one card profile, a standard Pep Page template, lead capture with email delivery, and basic scan statistics. It's a great way to try Peppd before upgrading to a paid plan for additional features.
